Refund Policy for Luxsmell

At Luxsmell, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a specific refund and return policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  2. Opened and Used Products
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used decanted fragrances. Since fragrances are personal care items, we cannot resell opened products for hygienic reasons.
  1. Custom Orders
  • All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect with the product.
  1. Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
  1. Incorrect Products
  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  1. Lost Orders
  • If your order is lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please allow 14 business days for domestic orders to ensure your package is not delayed before contacting us.

  • For damaged or defective items, include a photo of the item as well as the original packaging.
  1. Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  1. Order Cancellations
  2. Before Shipment
  • You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at luxsmell2000@gmail.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
  1. After Shipment
  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Ineligible orders for cancellations include those that have been dispatched or delivered.
