Refund Policy for Luxsmell

At Luxsmell, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a specific refund and return policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Opened and Used Products
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used decanted fragrances. Since fragrances are personal care items, we cannot resell opened products for hygienic reasons.
- Custom Orders
- All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect with the product.
- Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
- Incorrect Products
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Lost Orders
- If your order is lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please allow 14 business days for domestic orders to ensure your package is not delayed before contacting us.

- For damaged or defective items, include a photo of the item as well as the original packaging.
- Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at luxsmell2000@gmail.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
- After Shipment
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Ineligible orders for cancellations include those that have been dispatched or delivered.
